[ POLICY SUMMARY ]
Simple terms for domains, infrastructure, and migrations.
Active-plan inclusion
Hosting stays included while the associated Yazuriya plan is active, paid, and in good standing.
Standard domain coverage
One standard domain may be included. Premium names, transfers, special extensions, and unusual renewal costs require approval.
Migration and cancellation
On cancellation, we can provide an agreed handover or migration window. Infrastructure operated solely by Yazuriya is not transferred by default.
[ INCLUDED WITH AN ACTIVE PLAN ]
Yazuriya keeps hosting simple by operating the environment for the work we deliver. Your proposal confirms the resources, support level, and any requirements outside the standard plan.
One standard domain
A standard domain can be included while the associated active plan remains paid and in good standing. Premium names or unusual renewal costs need approval.
Managed VPS environment
Yazuriya operates the hosting environment used for the agreed website or application, including routine operational coordination.
Routine operation
SSL, backups, monitoring, deployment support, and day-to-day care are addressed as part of the managed service.
Scope is confirmed in writing
Resource limits, special integrations, data needs, support coverage, and service boundaries are set out in the relevant proposal.
Confirm the exact terms in your proposal
Your proposal will state the included domain, hosting scope, resource limits, backups, support level, and exit arrangements.
[ CHANGE OR EXIT ]
We want the hosting arrangement to be clear before work starts and manageable if the plan later changes. Specific handover arrangements are confirmed in the written agreement.
01. Give notice early
Tell us about a planned change so we can confirm the right handover, migration, or wind-down approach.
02. Confirm the scope
Agree what needs to move, what access or materials are required, the timeline, and the responsibilities on each side.
03. Prepare the handover
Organize relevant content, files, documentation, domain coordination, and any migration support that has been agreed.
04. Complete the transition
Work through the agreed path while protecting continuity for the public website and the people who rely on it.
